Location 10/10 Design of the flat 10/10 Downstairs toilet for some peace & quiet 10/10

Minimal air flow/stuffy. I imagine it’s no problem for the mid to colder days/seasons - however i imagine in the summer it would be horrific. I’m guessing it’s due to low IQ councillors & listed building low IQ police that stops any openings/air con? But yeah, literally only negative.

Liked the location right by the York cathedral nice for a 3 day stay could hear bin men in the morning so might annoy people everything ok fridge freezer hairdryer iron cooking stuff nice comfy bed nice clean I would recommend.I liked the window downstairs you can see everything going on but no one can see in all 😊 good.

Style , decor, location. Communication and flexibility of host.

The communication was great from the host, however they didn’t mention when we arrived we could park on the corner of the hotel near the apartments as the road in front of the apartment is closed off during the day. So we parked the car at the nearest NCP and walked with the bags.

Well apportioned and comfortable property. However due to its arrangement the upstairs bedroom was more comfortable as a sitting area, albeit having only 2 chairs other than the bed and TV. Downstairs is rather dark and deppresive, requiring lighting during the day. Also the settee is badly situated under a low beam. Not great for tall visitors.

Location was fantastic. the house itself was so so cool, loved the layout and the puzzle of finding the light switches! had a blast and would definitely stay again.

Good location. It’s close to train station and all tourist spots but trade off with noise on Saturday night till 4am. Nice staff.

1. We knew there’s no shampoo and no shower gel, but we were surprised only 2 small toilet paper rolls were provided for 5 nights stay. It’s very inconvenient for travelers. 2. When we entered the house, we found the back side of toilet seat had yellow stains and also the inside ring of toilet. We cleaned it with toilet paper slightly and informed the staff immediately. Though the nice staff arranged the cleaner right away, they told us the stain was permanent, not dirty. However, we could clean it and if it’s permanent, that means it has not been cleaned properly for a while.
