A bit run down

It was such a beautiful location, quiet but close to the old town and a very nice lounging and swimming area right out the front door.

Стара історична будівля. Гарний дворик і тераса. Наявність пляжних крісел, які можна було брати на пляж. Чисте прибирання. Зручне розміщення - перша берегова лінія, близько до всіє інфраструктури, але далеко від шуму міста. Гарна ціна.

Замок на воротах у двір завжди заїдав і відчинявся не одразу. На терасі під кришею часто тхне каналізацією. Ми жили в двох номерах, тому що в першому зламався замок і я не міг потрапити в кімнату, прийшлось виламувати двері. Це один з мінусів - старі зношені замки. Тому розповім про кожен номер окремо: 1. Підлога в першому номері(Stela) лежить під кутом, тому кровать теж стояла під кутом, що спричиняло незручності, особливо враховуючи найнезручніший матрас, вірніше там було 2 матраса: один основний і меморі матрас поверх нього. Через це простирадло часто зʼїзжало і муляло у ві сні. В ванній постійно тхне каналізацією. В номері постійно воняє чимось старим, думаю це старе дерево, старі меблі. 2. В другому номері(Mare) підлога рівніша і кровать вже краща. Для всіх номерів характерне деревʼяні підлога і стеля, які скриплять при ходьбі. В обох номерах були проблеми з каналізацією - погано стікала вода, через це постійно було потрібно звертатись до хазяїна, який завжди відповідав: "А коли це сталось, до вас все було добре?" Як на мене, це неповага, наче він звинувачував нас в цьому. І в цілому всі меблі і вся фурнітура в номерах потребують оновлення і ремонту.

The flat was cosy, the best advantage is the location, no stress about parking, just in front of the door is the sea, quite good market 5 minutes walk, the old town is 15-20 minutes, in front of the building there is very nice beach club, quite place and close to everywhere. The facilities of the flat are very good for 4 person family, also they have sunbads and shower in the garden. Thank you very much for our 2025 summer vacation 👐

I found no disadvantages, we vere very comfortable

The location was lovely — about a 30-minute stroll to the Old Town along the water, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t mind being a bit outside of the Old Town since the area was peaceful, with a grocery store just down the street and a few restaurants along the water serving traditional Montenegrin food. The views were beautiful. We stayed in the top apartment with roof windows. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen (with a fridge) was useful. It was also great having the water right outside — you could lay down a towel or jump straight in for a swim whenever you wanted. The environment was quiet and laid-back, and there were even deck chairs in the courtyard that we could use. Instructions for the lockbox and check-in were clear and easy to follow, which made things very straightforward.

The only real downside was the blind in the bedroom. The spring was broken, so we couldn’t secure it properly and had to leave it open. We contacted the host — he did respond at first but didn’t fully understand, and after we explained again, we never got a reply again, which was disappointing. This meant the room was very bright early in the mornings, which wasn’t ideal. For anyone with accessibility issues, it’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, though this wasn’t a problem for us.
