Daireye bayıldım , daha önce hiç bu kadar keyifli bir konaklama yaşamadım , iyiki old town da tutmamışız evi , old towa yürüme mesafesinde uzak gibi duruyor arabayla gideriz dedik ama o kadar yakındıki ve yolu keyifliydi ev harikaydi sabah kalkınca direk camdan denize sıfır manzara hersey harikaydı bida gelirsem kesin burda kalırım , ev sahipleride ilgiliydi evde hiç eksik yoktu

The apartment was clean, super comfortable beds, full kitchen and everything very nice, facing the sea and close to the historic centre about 20 minutes walk.

Great terrace, including beach chairs and possibility to shower outside after swimming. The sea is just across the street so perfect location. Really good communication via WhatsApp with tons of advice for restaurants etc. we had a lovely time.

No real curtain to darken the room at night

Our recent stay at this apartment in Kotor was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the truly amazing, panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a stunning vista each morning and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was an experience we'll never forget. The photos simply don't do it justice! The apartment's close proximity to everything was incredibly convenient. We were just a short, pleasant stroll away from the charming Old Town, allowing us to easily explore its historic streets, enjoy delicious meals, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere without any hassle. All the main attractions were practically on our doorstep. Beyond the views and location, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-maintained. It felt fresh, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have a comfortable and pristine environment. Finally, a special mention must go to our host, who was exceptionally communicative and helpful throughout our entire trip. They were always quick to respond, provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Their insights made our visit to Kotor even more special. The pillows and mattress was quite hard, however, all the positives outweighed the negatives. Also bedding wasn't provided for the sofa bed, so had to use a blanket.

The location of the apartment is very good: beautiful sea view, 20 minutes walk to the old town, half an hour walk to the bus station. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The whole place is very cosy - old-fashioned.

The yard and the furniture on the terrace were not clean. The floor in the rooms is very creaky.

The property was in a superb location; a 25 minute walk from the old town, with beautiful views out across the bay. The local shopping centre (Aroma) is a 5 minute walk, along with a really nice bar/restaurant (Platanus), and pharmacy if needed. Drago was incredibly helpful and provided lots of useful information, he also arranged transport from the airport for us, along with letting us check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a traditional feel, and we found it well equipped for the time we were there, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well kept/clean.

The only thing that really bothered us was that we could hear the family in the apartment above, the floors are old and you can here them walking/stomping from one room to another, this went on until early hours and was quite loud/disturbing.

About the things that are great: - very well located, with old town in 5 mins driving distance and restaurants in 5 mins walking distance. - most basic amenities provided for and cleanliness maintained. - the hosts provided all relevant information. About the things that could've been better: - the home gets unusually cold throughout the day and night. (I visited in March and it felt like the home temperature was colder than the outside temperature, which can be a bit uncomfortable, specifically when the bedroom doesn't have AC) - We booked a sea view apartment however we were provided a loft / attic room, which means the only window was on the sideway ceiling. Now, that's clearly not a sea view, is it?

The location is wonderful, quite, peaceful, view is like painting. Apartment was pretty good and old historical building. Drago is very kind and gave the all information about home.
