Beautiful place with a great view on the bay. The location is perfect. We were at the top floor and did not have any noises at night. The beds are comfy and it’s a perfect place to discover Kotor.

I loved the location of the property, not too far from Kotor city if you want to enjoy an even stroll.

Beautiful house, good-sized apartment , very clean. Lovely owners. View there is breathtaking and is close enough to shops and restaurants, we can't wait to come back next year .

Everything about this property was brilliant, the hosts, location, facilities I don’t think anything can be changed to make it any better all was above and beyond

Everything was perfect

The view was amazing and everything worked well had all facilities we need.

All was amazing, the closeness of the sea, the quiet, the house. The hosts are very kind and you have all you need in the walking distance.

LOVED these apartments. Location is perfect, away from the hustle of the old town but walking distance (15-20 mins) to the old town. Walk straight out of the door onto the bay with swimming available. Great terrace with both covered area and uncovered area. Use of deck chairs (so important as the water access for sunbathing is all rock so a pretty uncomfortable sit without them) good sized super market 6 mins walk. Restaurant and bars close by (with a lovely sit over the bay, which personally I thought was a nicer sit than the old town) Apartment itself - main tick, amazingly good air conditioning…it was SO hot! It’s not modern, but it’s more than comfortable. Had what we needed. The instructions to collect the key were very clear along with photos. The host provided lots of recommendation take aways and restaurant close by. Moved the car 4/5 times during our stay and for the same spot back each time (parking in Montenegro can be a nightmare) the host even assisted us with fixing a flat battery - above and beyond helpful and for which we were so grateful.

The apartment we had was on the 3rd floor. It’s a lot of stairs, wouldn’t be suitable for less able. Additional mirror (only on in the bathroom) would be very useful. Fridge freezer rather than just fridge would be a bonus but obviously not major issue.

The owner was very kind and welcoming. We left the key inside and he kindly gave us another key. The facilities are really good. You can find almost any kitchen ware you need for a month's stay. The flat is very close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes. The property has a large terrace overlooking Boka bay where you can dine or get a tan. Finally, the beach is just outside the property and there is also an open bar nearby where you can rest a sun bed. Overall, it's highly recommended.
