Palazzo Pio Apartment

It’s absolutely magnificent. Like staying in a palace. Beautifully decorated with mosaic floors throughout. Huge rooms and with plenty of hanging space. Tommaso was very kind and efficient and always on hand to assist. And the location is right in old town and perfect to walk to everything. We loved every minute of our 4 night stay.

If only the shower had more water pressure. But a small price to pay.

Przestronne pomieszczenia, piękne mazaki na podłodze, czystość, kontakt z właścicielem, ładne patio z ogrodem i miejscami do relaksu, lokalizacja blisko starego miasta, łatwe zameldowanie, butelka wina (i nie tylko) na powitanie. Idealne dla dwóch par- dwie sypialnie, jedna z łazienką. Druga łazienka w głębi apartamentu.

Nie ma windy, co przy dużych bagażach może stanowić problem. Ale jest to pierwsze piętro.

Настоящие исторические апартаменты конца 19-начала 20 веков! При этом очень жилые, любовно ухоженые. Потрясающий опыт соприкосновения с прошлой жизнью. Если у вас есть возможность пожить здесь - не упускать ее!

A wonderful experience - we felt like we were transported back in time, taking our dinners in the stately dining room, or drinks in the salon. The interior garden is lovely, too. The location is ideal, and perfect for discovering Lecce by foot. There is ample paid parking nearby, and downloading one of the apps makes paying and extending parking time really easy and efficient. We did a self check-in but had the chance to chat with the owner’s family who also run the B&B on the ground floor.

This was one of the best booking.com apartments we have ever stayed in. Thomasso's family owned palace is huge, spotlessly clean and maintained, in a great location and has everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Steeped in rich family history this amazing find has been such a pleasure to come back to each day. From the intricate tiling and high ceilings to the glorious furnishings it is a wonderful property. The showers were strong, plenty of kitchen facilities, comfortable beds and great wifi connectivity. Grazie 🙏🏽

We did not stay in the B&B. We rented the apartment for a month and loved the location. It was two blocks from the Old Town. The apartment floors are gorgeous mosaics, and the furnishings are perfect for a Palazzo built in the mid-1800s. The air conditioning worked well, there was a washing machine, and the showers were good. There is a beautiful garden for both B&B guests and those in the apartment. We were surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Lecce was a great place to headquarter because we could travel to nearby towns and coasts.

I can't think of a thing we didn't like. The kitchen is old but very functional.
