Butas švarus, tvarkingas, ramiame, uždarame kieme. Maloniai nustebino galimybė įsiregistruoti anksčiau nei numatyta. Virtuvėje yra visi reikalingi įrankiai ir net papildomi produktai, tokie kaip aliejus, druska, prieskoniai, arbata ar cukrus, todėl trumpai viešnagei nieko netrūko. Lova patogi.

Bute buvo gana vėsu — erdvė didelė, visur atviros patalpos be durų, todėl vienas šildytuvas žiemos metu tikrai nepakankamas. Dėl durų nebuvimo vonios kambaryje taip pat buvo šalta maudytis. Ne itin patogu, kad yra tik viena kėdė, o tualetas ir vonia įrengti atskirai skirtingose buto vietose, be kriauklės šalia tualeto, todėl rankas tenka eiti plautis į kitą galą. Be to, apšvietimas bute gana prastas, kas kiek apsunkina bendrą patogumą.

For this price the property is absolutely perfect. Calm and very neat, in an enclosed yard. The location is great. All the privacy of a separate apartment - it is just your home for these days.

No elevator, but I knew it. The design of the flat was a little bit too extravagant and bizarre for me. I felt the lack of a microwave. The flat has quite poor lighting. But with all the other equals there was everything you need.

Very cozy, quiet apartment. Felt like home! I especially liked the kitchen island and the living room sofa was very comfortable! Good value for money.

The only drawback is that there is no bathroom door, but in principle this does not cause any major problems if there are two of you.
