все дуже красиво, проте функціональність приміщення не дуже. оці кружляння навколо кухонного острову та шлях від туалету до рукомийника справді втомлюють

Неудобно подниматься, лифта нет. Квартира требует ремонта. Диван, кухонная мебель и другие вещи требуют обновления

Good location, clean.

It's not deluxe - cheap materials in crazy color combination - no dinning table, only one chair - open space bathroom with no privacy - uncomfortable bed - staircase clean but in terrible condition, not maintained since the WW1 - several light bulbs did not work
