Delux 1 bedroom studio in City Centre - late check out

Good location about 20min walk away the old town and centre. Had coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Secure with key codes for gate and entrance.

It's on the 5th floor. Fine for me, but others might struggle with the stairs

The apartment is big and the location is not the worst one.

The apartment is in an inconvenient location, in an old building with no elevator – and the apartment itself is on almost the top floor, which makes access quite difficult. It was extremely cold inside and they had not provided any heating. There is some underfloor heating, which was not enough to warm the apartment. In other places we had visited in the area, drinks such as coffee were provided, but not here. The water heater was very small and not enough to even fill the bathtub, making it unusable. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, and the pillows were just as bad. Overall, there was a lack of comfort. I would not recommend this apartment.

Everything was great, I had a perfect stay during my work trip. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. I'll be happy to stay again as I often go to Riga for work.

No lift . Open bathroom , only suitable for a single or couple.

The design of the apartments was fantastic, also the room was bigger than we expected. The hot tub is really comfortable. Good for spending a weekend in Riga.

Overall good standard of accommodation for the money

Shower facility could be improved, big leak on shower hose and door difficult to operate. The fact that the toilet and wash basin are at different locations in the apartment is not ideal
