It was late in the evening and there were reception security who took me to the room and made sure I had the code and keys to get in

Beds were very comfortable. There is also a kitchen where you can heat your food in microwave over or prepare a coffee/tea.

On the day of our arrival there was no elecricity and running water for a while. But it was broken in whole location, it was not a hotel’s fault.

The rooms and pool

They don’t want to give you any toilet supplies.The pool is always dirty they never clean it . In their rules they stated that “They will need to enter your apartment to clean the pool in which they do not need to enter your apartment for that.

Had decent equipment to make meals, etc.

Very Noisy area (all times of the day/ night) with construction at building and next door. Residents have dogs on Same floor that bark lots too. Wifi isn’t good and has poor connection. Reception were pretty difficult to communicate with too. Power shut off for the last day of our stay, so no showers, aircon or charging available.

The host is very helpful and great communicator. We had access to the pool, and it is just great in the mornings. You have most of what you need in a kitchen. Its usually quiet there I have stayed there 3 times prioir and and Central Park as well for a reason. You have a lot of privacy too.

Hmm, broom and tray to clean floors, but they delivered when we asked. Better wifi on the premises. If we went outside on our patio or further, no wifi. I wanted to check emails and read online by the pool, but not possible. It would be nice with wifi by the pool :) Some tables and chairs in the apt. court yard would be nice.

The hotel was very clean and room was prefect by the pool. 24 hour security was great as well.

The AC was off the entire 5 days I was there it was extremely hot and we were kept being told maybe tomorrow but was never working. Also the internet was not on the first two days we were there and the service sucks in that area all of our taxis were having issues with card payments due to service causing us to be overcharged. However, overall great place except for those issues.

Overall the accommodation was clean just no room service available.

When we arrived the AC and Wi-Fi was not working. No one spoke English at the desk and there was no one available to assist us. The Wi-Fi came in two days later however the AC was not still not working throughout our stay.

Front desk guy is so nice and friendly. I really appreciate that because it makes your stay more enjoyable.

Honestly I love staying here. It's SO CLEAN, everything. The staff are so nice and friendly. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The room size is spacious. They reply promptly to any message or request. It's a really nice facility and will come back and stay here. I love it. I've stayed at other places in tulum and they are far more expensive and the staff are terrible and rude.

Nothing really
