Horrible stay. No towels were changed the whole week or toilet paper. Held half my refund back for no valid reason and doesn’t communicate after.

I like the view from our bedroom and dinning it was nice to staying there thats our new home when we come to Durban

Its those mats in the bedrooms please wash them before or thinthita them they are full of soil under the chair in the dinning also kindly swip cause the dust was exposing the cleaners but in your eyes it was very clean

The location is lovely, the apartment was absolutely awful and I would not stay there. About that, it was not clean, the unit did not have a good smell and there were empty beer cans all over the balcony. What is more the unit was so poorly furnished, there was no room to move and I have been waiting for a full refund of my monies - it was a major inconvenience for us as we had no where to stay late afternoon on the 31st December Please pay us back asap Nicky Obel

From the moment we arrived until the time we left front desk associate Joel went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was safe, comfortable, enjoyable and secure. No matter what the issue was, he handled it with exceptional professionalism, and served with a smile. It truly was a pleasure having someone with a true servants heart make an authentic invest in your comfort. By far, Joel was the best part of our stay and a true ambassador for your property. Another key advantage was the properties' accessibility. It literally was within walking distance from the waterfront and Gateway Mall where I spent a great deal of my time. We were able to buy groceries, visit amazing restaurants shop and discover Durban on our own terms.

Although the room was well maintained, the linen was sparse and the top windows looking out onto the street were extremely dirty. I also noticed thick, oily dust on the hanging lights, and appliances. There was also a standing puddle on the patio. The maintenance and care of the unit certainly has major room for growth.

I liked the structure of the apartment

On my arrival I was sent to loft 12, the Loft was dirty and the WiFi connection was very bad because it was connecting from Loft 22… I really didn’t know the reason behind that… I was then taken to another loft unfortunately the air conditioning was not working… I requested that it may be fixed, but unfortunately I stayed there for 5 good days without a working air conditioner sweeting as hell.😩
