Great location. Just In front of shopping moll, a minute from old center

We had a problem with opening the main doors what Was a bit frustriating. However I got quite quick help from the operator. But it was in the middle of the day. It would be more stresfull if it happened at night. The apartment Was very hot, no air cond. Furtniture and equipment shabby. One bedroom with very bed matterace. In generalnie it was ok for our family for few days but it needs refreshments.

The apartment looks Nothing like the pictures. No luxury at all - don't get fooled by the fake pictures or name. Maybe when all was new it did but definitely not the case when you see it. Everything is quite cheap quality and poorly maintained. Gel and shampoo are 2 pound liquids poured in old plastic Molton Brown packaging...thats 0 luxury 😀 matrasses are very uncomfortable. We had to wait 1 hr extra after the official check-in time because it was so filthy from the previous guests and the cleaning team needed more time. Heating didn't work properly. Although I had asked in writing weeks before the arrival, I had to especially ask AGAIN for basics like coffee and sugar.... The toilet seat was broken and after several calls to the owner she came to fix it. We didn't even get an apology for all the above. The last two days wifi didn't work.
