The Coach House, Clifton and Parking - Hopewell

The location was excellent very quiet and easy access to the city centre.

We had a problem with the key secure lock code not working, we waited about an hour in the rain and they sent some out with a spare key.

Nice space with parking outside the house. Decent kitchen and under floor heating. Good for making a meal or two without going out. It's nice to have a little space, ideal for a couple.

The shower could do with some replacement, there's mouldy bits on the silicone and the light in the bathroom is very dim so my partner couldn't do makeup in there. We went in October and we were cold in the night leading to us waking up.. Bed was really not comfortable, springs popping out and stabbing me in the back. Woke up with back pain multiple nights.

Area was okay, except very noisy at night until very late in the evening.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the main living area was very dirty, dust and dirt on shelves and behind the sofa which you had to pull out in order to see the TV screen. Mould around shower cubicle door and frame.

the location was perfect. It looked just like the photos. Bed was comfortable. Perfect for a short stay.

The parking place was very tight to get into even though my car is not large. Getting out was worse, reversing into a busy road while the automatic gate shuts on you, then having to block the road to put the keys away. There was an annoying excess of messages from the management company. I couldn't get the heating to stay at a lower temp.

Poor quality pillows and would have preferred to be able to check out at 11.00 like almost everywhere else.

Accommodation with secure parking. Layout, very good. Good communication with agent. Excellent property, but just need to get on top of cleaning in places. Beverage sachets provided were plentiful. Everything provided for a long or short stay.

On arrival, unpleasant smell, which we found to be coming from a waste caddy full of rotten food under the sink unit which we had to clean out. Dust on top of tv. Dust on back of bathroom door...

Great Location, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great to have parking.

Only 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels for 2 people.

The location of the house was fantastic. The security and the availability of a parking space was brilliant. Great base to explore a wonderful city.

The overall cleanliness was poor. There were obvious cobwebs,dust, and dirty crockery in the kitchen cupboards. The glasses needed a wash before use, and wasn’t the basics like a spare bin bag. We contacted the owner during our stay questioning whether it had been cleaned at all. The shower and surround needed a good clean or replacing. The TV had no channels available (even the basic terrestrial ones). Despite efforts it could not be tuned. No personal touches, flowers. No welcome pack or guide to the city with suggested places to visit.

Excellent location for my sons Graduation. Comfortable accommodation.

The only thing that let it down was we couldn't open many windows as they appeared to be painted shut. Could have done with a fan in there but weather was exceptionally hot.
