Season 4 Residences - 1BHK furnished apartments (near Apollo Proton, Tidal park)

No Breakfast, SO many cockraohes in the property, Not have proper sunshades

Not even able to share the Invoice for the stay. Booking.com and Property is just playing with Guest. Very Frustration and UNETHICAL Behaviour

The room is full of insects running all around and very scary . it was in the kitchen area, foyer area, bed room , bathroom everywhere. small, mid size and big size insects were present. there is stink of insect spray . those having Asthma do not even enter the premises

Bed was comfortable, Wifi and AC was working well, Drinkable water was provided. Hot shower. Place was well located and overall quiet at night.

We booked this place because we wanted a kitchen. This place was advertised with 'kitchen, kitchenette, kitchenware'. When looking at the pictures, you can see there is a little induction stove so you assume you can cook (why would you provide one if you can't use it?). However, there is barely anything (2 little cups, a few plastic plates, 4 old blunt knives, and a few cutlery). There are NO POTS/PANS to use on the stove. When we asked the host about it, he said we needed to buy one. Why would I booked a place advertised with a kitchen only to buy pots/pans in order to use the kitchen??? Knowing it before I would have not booked this place. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen, and the place is advertised as non-smoking but the room beside us guests were smoking inside the apartment and it was coming into our room. No soap/shampoo was provided. No dish soap or any clothes to wash counter/dishes..meaning everyone using the dishes use them dirty. There is a washing machine but nothing to hang dry clothes so it's useless. The room also smelled as if it wasn't ventilated for a while. I found it was expensive for what it was, and kind of annoying/cheap coming for the host that he can't even provide 1 pot and 1 pan (which is was.. 10$ to buy???)

Beds were alright and there’s a good kitchenette for longer stays

Power went out, nobody at reception spoke English. No aircon in the hall/living room.

It was very dirty, insects everywhere, the bedding didn’t change it was very dirty 🤮 also expensive
