The area is quiet and close to The Downs and the No8 bus route

I stayed here a few years ago and feel the company who manage the property only carry out the minimum of cleaning and maintenance. The carpet needs either steam cleaning or replacing, the entrance coconut matting the same. The grouting and silicone sealant in the bathroom has black mould and needs attention. Whilst milk was provided there was no tea or coffee supplied. Fortunately the weather was extremely hot and only the duvet cover was required. However the duvet itself was only fit for the bin, all the filling had clumped up like tennis balls.

The quietness of area and how everything is arranged from A to Z. Also, they were always sending reminders and updates regarding check-in and check-out.

Nothing everything was great

It was in need of a deep clean - cobwebs on the walls, dirty grout in the shower room, shower did not drain well, and damaged flooring in the kitchenette

Very comfortable bed and pillows, very good facilities, clean, cosy and perfect temperature

Shame that it’s a basement but this is not obvious until very last minute when you are given checking descriptions. The 10am check out. It worked well for this trip but it could be rather inconvenient

Good space, facilities and nice neighbourhood.

When I stayed here in November 2025, it was clean. Now in February 2026, the floors were not adequately vacuumed, so that was not very pleasant.

Location , comfort of bed, quiet, warm and facilities.

Cleanliness. Cobwebs on cornices and above at sides of wardrobe. Skirting boards at bedside were grimy. Inserts on bathroom door were dirty/dusty and some cutlery and crockery/pots had to be washed prior to use.

Convenient and quiet location.

It’s a basement flat, so it’s dark. Not great in summer, but cosy in winter.

I’m allergic to dust and it was full of it - on the hob, on the coffee table and spiderwebs on every corner… i was sneezing and had to have my antihistamine Surprised they asked for £150 deposit and present the flat as “clean”

Lovely little apartment. Quiet and well equipped.

Bed and sofa not super comfy but ok. I'd still return.
