"Generally good accommodation but issues not getting addressed"

New sofa good We visit Chester and stay here approx 3 times per year for over 4 years

Springs in the beds really need to be addressed - replacements needed ( would be nice to start seeing you working through replacing a few at time) Door of shower in Mojito doesn't close fully Cable by back door could catch needs fixing before breaks The keypad for the front door took numerous attempts to accept the code throughout the weekend We visit Chester and stay here approx 3 times per year for over 4 years but not seeing some of the issues addressed
