AUThe communication was very clear including detailed directions and entry instructions. The accommodation had charm and character and the spa bath was a pleasant bonus.
Having to provide the firewood.
NZLovely house. Very quiet and relaxing.
Bathroom was cold. Needs a heater. Lingering smoke smell. Husband reckons it smelt of pipe tobacco. Not unpleasant.
AUCottage was cute. The proximity excellent and the local pub terrific.
The accommodation was booked for 4 adults, yet there were only x3mugs, x3 knives, x2 folks, x 2desert and x2 soup spoons, and x2 teaspoons. The kitchen was in a cupboard. The noise of the air-conditioning unit of next door was an invasive cut-in/cut-out all night.

The kitchen wasn't very clean microwave had food splatters , bits an pieces left in it as did the draw with knives an forks...we washed what utensils we needed to use before we used them.. The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable. Pillows seemed to be very old an lumpy...

It was not cleaned well at all. You needed to bring supplies but there was no where to put them apart from the floor where mice got into them. There was a fire that hasn’t been cleaned out or proper fire utensils.
AULocation was great, the fire was cosy, bed very comfortable
For the money maybe a small platter or bottle of wine would have been nice
AUAUQuaint house in a lovely town.
Unfortunately a very sweet cottage was divided into 3 minuscule apartments not big enough for 4 adults. Furniture was dilapidated, beds ancient and linen extremely worn. Pictures were deceiving with regard to size of rooms. Kitchen was mostly non-existent (in a cupboard with the sink) and rather dirty. Desperately requiring some TLC.
AUAUWe enjoyed the location in Mintaro as it was especially novel for our visitor from Japan who had never ventured out of the cities. Main bedroom was spacious and very comfortable.
Very little of concern except for the spa-shower. Three of our party were 70+ years and found entering the spa bath daunting without a secure handrail.
