The Garden Apartment has 1 parking space located at the rear of the property and can only accommodate small/medium vehicles due to the narrow space. Alternative parking is available at The Manor Car Park nearby for an extra charge. Pets are allowed upon request at a cost of £10.00 per night per pet (max 2) All guests must do a pre-check in with Charge Automation 14 days before the arrival date. This includes providing photo identification, credit card, authorizing the security deposit and signing the rental contract. Once the pre-check in has been completed guests will receive the key safe code and property access details 24 hours before the check in date. Failure to complete the pre-check in could result in the reservation being canceled.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent town location close to all amenities on a quiet street, 5 mins from beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely garden with furniture, it’s a nice little sun trap. Excellent private parking, we have a good sized medium saloon car. Steve (the host) on hand via WhatsApp or Booking.com message should any problem arise. If in the area again, will definitely rebook again. Great stay, thanks Steve.

Perfect apartment which suited the whole family close to the beach for surfing and to walk through the town. The kitchen/front room was perfect for us with the kids . The garden was great too have aswell . Plus the host was on everything, great communication and down to earth

Other guest above were extremely loud but a text to steve and this was sorted immediately and we was reassured the host does not tolerate bad guest

Great central location. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was great with everything you needed to cook for a family. Host was on hand to assist with anything we may have needed.

Very tight parking but we managed even with a van. Garden is looking tired and not maintained - not a big concern for us as we stayed in October - but for the price this would have been disappointing in the summer. Our kids (13,11) found the bunk bed creaky - probably not an issue for small children.

The location was perfect. A private car parking space was a definite plus but to me the best part was the proximity (150 yards) to the green field so that I could walk the dog. A cafe nearby for a quick coffee helped too!
