Stylish Studio in the Heart of the City

Plus I have not rated this apartment yet as I am waiting on reimbursement for the alternative accommodation that I had to purchase because I could not get in and the owner was uncontactable by every means available. The made comfy websites states that inspections are done between clients. If this was the case the filthy smeely lounge would have been identified as a problem. Also the linen was not 5 star. Overall it was a cute apartment. The lounge with a good thorough steam clean will come up well. The filters in the air-conditioning need to be cleaned as it smelt stale and dusty. The bed linen needs to be upgraded from the cheap doona as displayed in the photos you sent me which have much less than a 500 thread count as you can see the spaces between the fibres and it is discoloured and old. Plus it needs block out curtains as the current cheap thin cotton curtains that look pretty do nearly nothing to block the all night long lights from the building next door. With these few things fixed I would give it full points in a review and I would happily stay there again. It was a cute apartment but currently not well maintained. At the moment with the way it is, the review will not be favourable. Kind regards Carmen.

Location and self sufficiency of the unit. The washing machine/ dryer combo was a nice touch. Felt safe and had everything I needed.

A few shady characters in front of the building at times. The owners of the lot next door need to fix the fence that's broken. It's a thoroughfare to the shops from Ann Street.

Close to business conference, with central accommodation in the city with all you need.

I would rate the property good overall with some exceptions, Window blinds need cleaning and some damaged / not working. Some kitchen cabinets and bathroom storage shelves need dusting, . Lock box attached to outside door knob ..... very difficult to turn door knob with this attached, very annoying and inconvenient. Heavy truck activity and loud noise for 15 minutes at 5.45am on the street outside each morning, very irritating.

Would've been great to have a top-up of sponges or wipes to help us clean our dishes as there was just an empty packet on our arrival. It did get noisy a couple of nights. However, we appreciate this isn't something that can be controlled.

The location to the supermarket is good, although everyone can see in when the blinds are open.

The room had lots of cockroaches and fruit flies. The 24/7 gym shined into our room making it extremely bright at night. The rubbish truck coming at 4:30am every morning was frustrating and often startling as it was extremely loud. We couldn’t get our mail and when I called someone to help we never heard back so we have to pay to have our important mail re-sent. Neighbours above also quite loud. Overall, not the stay we had hoped for and so many things compounded into an unfortunate introduction to living in Australia.

Staff were excellent and provided special care. Room was good.

Suggestion - it would be nice if they had a baggage drop off option for early flyers

The location is convenient, clean with good size kitchen

No one was around to help promptly when in need, no space to dry our laundry
