Stylish Studio in the Heart of the City

Nice central location.

Internet not working as promised, not able to access Netflix or other streaming services, too cramped for 3 adults and a kid, property should be advertised for 2 people, 2 bugs that we couldn’t get rid of right throughout the stay, sofa and cushions didn’t feel clean, property didn’t match up to pictures and certainly not stylish, internet issue was reported but no steps taken to make sure the guest issue was resolved and basically advertising was deceptive.

The location was excellent, inside the Brisbane CBD. A train station and super market were nearby.

The room smelled without the air condition on. I could not open the window.

Clean and with good facilities

It's a hassle for first time users, to try to open front door and room door. Should just use simple and precise language to guide newcomers, on how to access the room.

Great value for money, good location.

The building is a bit of a dive.

Coffee pods didn't fit machine. Could hear traffic from the road despite windows closed. Lots of booking emails - almost too much causing overwhelm. Potentially my booking com settings meaning I got double notifications
