Well set out. Comfortable and clean.

Great location.

There was no microwave in the kitchen.

Unit was clean and looked great.

Would suggest 2 things - 1- a microwave and 2- cone to some kind of agreement with the car parking business behind it so you don’t have to drive around trying to get a carpark

Was close to the city in order for me to do what I needed to do

Difficult to get in contact with the help line, when this seems to be the only property they manage. Key code and building code were incorrect when I arrived and took forever to even enter the building with luggage. Bugs in the kitchen and cockroaches, light from shopping centre across the alley way is on 24/7 even through closed blinds. Not to mention the garbage truck that comes between 4am and 6am on Monday and Tuesday morning. Neighbouring residents are loud, wall the bed is shared with neighbours have their television against, impossible to sleep before midnight. Tried to contact the property to extend the stay or even just enquire and had no response but automated check out messages.

Good location and layout

I have never been so frustrated with an accomodation place. My partner and I booked for a one night stay. We had tried to call all week leading up to the night aswell as the day of, with their phone being unreachable ("call cannot be reached"), and with no emails or texts being responded to. They were completely uncontactable. We arrived, with no reception desk whatsoever. When we got to the front doors, we realised we had not been provided with an entry pin. We had watched the video we had been sent on building entry many times. We were only given a room code, which proved too long to be used as the building's entry pin. We got inside by the luck of someone from the apartment exiting. We were able to get into the room via a code we were given via email. No email included the building's entry pin. We couldnt leave the building itself because we had no way of getting back in. As we couldnt contact ANYONE from the buisness that owns our room, we had to call the emergency contacts that didnt own our particular room but may be able to refer us onto someone who can give us entry into the building. This whole ordeal costed us over 2 hours of our night away. We are utterly shocked and disapointed our accomodation was a total pain in the arse. There was NOT ONE person we could contact prior to, or during our stay. Absolutely useless. Would not recommend anyone waste their time staying here. The apartment itself was ok, apart from the strange odour and fruit flies

No parking. Unclean. Poor customer service.
