Stylish Studio in the Heart of the City

Kettle very old and couldn't open it to pour water to heat it up and it was very filthy inside when I shined a torch inside yucky.Small cockroaches,no hand towels and only one face wash. Only 2 toilet rolls,no place to put bathing soap in the shower area. False advertisement for sauna.Its not a 1 bedroom apartment it's a studio or self contained room.Not garden view only 3 cactus plant on the window ledge outside.Cutlery was oily had to wash it with soap and hot water before using it. Used tissues was under the couch yuck again.I was there for 5 days and didn't have any place to put our rubbish.

Extremely filthy apartment. Broken sofa bed. Promised Parking for car at the date of check in and when we reached there our code didn't work and helpline lady said sorry we don't provide parking. Lost 87$ per day in parking. The cleaner throw all the rubbish under the bed. The lift was out of order from months. No stroller access. Water was on the floor at the entrance all the time. Never staying there again

The worst experience I have ever had with an accomodation provider. North Korea would have been more hospitable. I was charged $140 for parking. The booking was made with parking provided however it was not honoured. I ended up paying for parking out of my own pocket. I was told on multiple occasions I would be reimbursed however that never occurred. I am still owed the money for parking. Beware of this provider- avoid them at all costs.

It is a one room apparment but well organized. It is very nice, well decorated, well equipped and well situated. There is everything that one can need for a stay.

Everything seemed quite clean except there were some areas that seem had not been cleaned for quite some time (under the sofa, the table and bed drawers). Also it is a pity that there was no room to store the luggage despite a big closet. We also had a really bad experience trying to get an early check in with fees despite the numerous phone calls and messages on the booking platform. We had to wait for 3 hours in the lobby with all our luggage although the room had been cleaned and we were the next visitors. We also wanted a paying late check out and could only get 2 more hours (12 instead of 10 am, normal chek out time).

Great location, lovely apartment, very clean and very happy.

I chose this property because it had a kitchen. Unfortunately the kitchen and cutlery/crockery were filthy. The couch was broken. Rubbish under the table.
