"Absolute nightmare and a complete scam!"

This was an absolute nightmare and a complete scam. The host ghosted us entirely, they ignored all our messages and phone calls. They took our money, but we couldn't get into the apartment. We were left stranded on the street in a foreign country with our children.

Do not book this place The apartment was not ready at check-in and extremely dirty. When we arrived well after the official check-in time, it had not been cleaned at all. Bed linen was dirty, there was trash everywhere, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. We were not informed in advance that the apartment would not be ready. Even after “cleaning,” it was still filthy (stained sheets, no vacuuming, dirty fridge). Because of the conditions, we could not stay and had to find alternative accommodation the same evening. Very poor communication and unprofessional handling.
