Affordable. Free parking very close near the seawall.

Bed is not very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit messy with the laundry machine.

There is a nice family restaurant associated with the B&B. This is where breakfast is served and lodgers also get a discount on other meals. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent for visiting the historic centre.

Arriving by bike we did have trouble locating the place (vicolo 4 streetsign is quite small.) Also it took us a while to work out that we had to go to the restaurant for check in. A sign on the door would help. The shower seems to run cold. Not sure if hot water is shared between many apartments.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located.

Breakfast was minimal and the staff appeared indifferent to clients.

Apartment was nicely furnished. Rooms a reasonable size. Good walking distance to old quarter of town.

Apartment was a bit dark as not much window light from the alleyway. Only three mugs and glasses (for a 4 person apartment) provided but later rectified by the owner.

Simple studio at the edge of old town. Free parking on the street right in front of the building possible (end of March). Very basic kitchen equipment. OK breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and you can have it outside at the waterfront, which was quite nice. Walking distance to the center of town, quiet location (beside of the neighbours, but you are in Italy after all!). Good value for the money.

No water cooker in the room, only coffee machine and some pots. We didn't intend to cook, but making tea in the room could have been more convenient.

The location was amazing, close to everything and right next to the ocean. It had everything and an amazing breakfast.

Well located, historic style flat near Ortigia Market and sea. Breakfast at nearby restaurant included.

The first night water dripped from the ceiling in the main bedroom, apparently from a leaking washing machine in the flat above. Staff moved that member of our group to one of their B&B rooms across the street. This was acceptable, but several days later staff repainted the bedroom, instead of waiting till we had left. The paint fumes were terrible smelling and permeated the whole flat. I had to call the Booking emergency line and then my friend and I were also housed in another b&b room across the street. We were there for several nights and could only use the actual flat for short periods due to the strong paint smell. It took at least three days to disappear, so we could all move back to the flat full time. All of this stress was increased by the refusal of the main host to use Google Translate. Fortunately another man would use it, as no staff speak any English. I would add that there are no dish towels, condiments, ice cube trays or cutting boards that we could see, although there is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. This was a challenging week. Once again, much could have been avoided by painting the water damaged bedroom AFTER we had left.

Very cozy appartement, great location and kind owner. Also breakfast was very good and we could park nearby the appartement.
