The apartment fully met our expectations, everything was good. We had to check-in at the La Locanda di Vicolo IV restaurant. I highly recommend trying their food, it was simply amazing.

"Perfect spot in Ortigia"

The Breakfasts were great, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were lovely, nicely decorated, parking was easy!

We had some trouble with the clothes washer.

"Superb"

Clean, spacious apartment as described. Good location.

No English spoken by hosts. Hard to find free parking in front. Lucky to find a parking spot, & didn't move for the 3 days. No sound proofing at all to upstairs neighbours.

Fabulous apartment, right in the heart of the old city, close to the walls and fabulous sunsets. Newly refurbished it seems, everything lovely and clean and tidy. Beds comfy enough. Great value at this rate.

The aircon unit seemed to be having issues and was not working properly.

"Spacious, quiet, great location."

This is a very spacious apartment, nicely updated with modern ammenities, including a full kitchen. The bathroom was nicely sized and the shower was great. Washing machine is a plus. It's location is great - only about 10minutes walk from the duomo square. There is free street parking, and the host saved us a parking spot near the apartment. It's located in a narrow alleyway (so no cars), and is quiet. But googlemaps will get in a tangle if you use the actual apartment address. Initial converations with the hosts were a bit confusing - The actual checkin is at La Locanda di Vicolo IV on the Lungomare di Levante Elio Vittorini, and that's easy to find (and they're open late into the evening). That's also where you have breakfast, and we werre offered a discount as guests on dinner.

Location! Between two streets, one at the waterfront. Very close to the market. Wonderful staff!! Very helpful. Great breakfast, especially the cappuccino!
