location was excellent with excellent amenities. Short distance to key tourist spots and shops. Interior sleek and modern with exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Bath & shower combo was a joy and beautifully decorated too. Views over city and waterways were really fabulous.

To collect and drop the key is a real hassle, especially when traveling alone. Very steep/narrow flight of stairs that make carrying heavy luggage a challenge. Manuals to use appliances are of no use, especially for washing machine and dishwasher [mere images with no instructions]. As a foreigner, not used to using thermostats, it was difficult to manage on cold/warm days. It would be good to provide alternatives to feather bedding since me, and possibly many others, are allergic to it, which spoils the lux part of sleeping. Dining table is a bit wonky, so need to fix it. 3am banter from partygoers will keep you awake for a wee while.
