We had breakfast down the street at an excellent coffee bistro.

We had trouble with the spring-loaded front door. We also were happy to find an alternative light source not connected to the powerful fan in the bathroom.

Location and view from the living room are amazing!

Our room was tiny for two people, beds were too narrow. Don't bring heavy suitcase with you - apartment is on the 3rd floor!

"We were close to all city attractions with good public transport."

I met the housekeeper on arrival. He willingly helped me to carry our luggage from the car to the apartment. He also located and guided me to a locked garage for my car. I was so pleased to get his assistance.

A climb to the apartment on staircase to apartment, normal for Edinburgh.
