Loved the apartment. Its lovely.

The stairs to get to the apartment. But our host Helped up maneuver our luggage. So it worked out.

Super apartment with thoughtful touches such as shower gel etc. Gill is a very warm host who replies to any queries very quickly.

Nice and quiet. Comfortable beds.

Bit hard to park at certain times. If you want to be close put your alarm on for 8.30am beat the parking attendants

Very clean easy to get in and out of the City centre, mini market next door for essentials, great shower,plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk supplied, lovely quiet location.

Stairs to appartment door tough with luggage,was informed by host that cleaner had just informed her that the previous guests had broken the sofa bed but going through previous reviews it's broken since early 2023! The second bedroom is tiny with a single bed and no window.

Close to city centre, quiet, calm place.

The sofa cum bed was broken which was told to us at the very last moment though they organised for an inflatable mattress. We were not happy and asked whether we will get a 100% refund as it was not what was supposed to be delivered but the owner said, “can’t give 100% refund”. I didn’t like that.

Liked the large kitchen in particular. Scotmid and Margiotta shops are close by and there's a good bus service. The neighbours were quiet.

The block is on a busy road so traffic noise during the day. Light from the common stair coming into the bedroom at night through widow above the door.

We had come to Edinburgh for the Taylor Swift concert.The apartment was in walking distance of the Murray field stadium so that was brilliant for us.From the apartment we could hear Taylor Swift singing which was an added bonus . The apartment was spacious and had everything inside you could possibly need even down to tea coffee sugar and milk .The wine and chocolates were very thoughtful.The apartment was spotless bright and warm.Next door is a handy shop for any food you might need.Across the road is a bus stop which takes you in to Edinburgh in 10 minutes .Parking is on the street which wasn't a problem for us would definitely return .Thankyou Gill for being so friendly.

The only thing we didn't like was having to use a blow up bed because the bed settee was broken and the hall way was very dark at night. The Duvet in the small bedroom needs replacing it had a lot of stains on .
