excellent hosts, spacious gorgeous old world appartment, had everything including light breakfast items and cold water

located on a square, hence very noisy untill midnight, no TV to watch the news

"A wonderful place to stay, and one we would happily recommend."

The location was excellent, close to the charming old part of La Spezia and within easy reach of local amenities. The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, leaving plenty of lovely breakfast items for guests to enjoy. The apartment is situated on the top floor and is accessed by two flights of steep stairs. While this added to its character, it may not be the most suitable option for guests with limited mobility or anyone who prefers step-free access.

The only small observation I would make is that the bathroom and shower are quite compact. It certainly didn't detract from my stay, but guests who appreciate a little more space may find the shower area somewhat snug.

Bien accueilli pour les propriétaires. Logement spacieux bien équipé proches des commerces et à 15 minutes à pied de la gare centrale. Logement idéal pour un séjour confortable pour visiter les 5 terres.

Lokalizacja na Starym Miescie , blisko promenady i portu. Uroczy gospodarrze . Pozwolono nam pozostawic walizki duuuzo wczesniej . Oferowali ogromna pomoc. Mieszkanie w starym stylu ale ma to swoj urok. jedynie lazienka malutka naprawde ale dałysmy rade. Czysciutko i klimatycznie. Swietnie zaopatrzona kuchnia Zaskoczylo nas mile takze przygotowane przez gospodarzy ciasteczka , bułeczki , pieczywo , dzemiki i inne pyszności. To naprawde sympatyczne . Bardzo polecm ten apartament. A dla wladajacym jeykiem włoskim masa ksiązek do czytani. taki obiekt w z dusza w starym stylu

L'accueil, ( gentillesse des hôtes, pleins de petits gâteaux, dosettes de café, etc) La situation du logement, au coeur de lla ville très pratique pour se restaurer et proche de la gare pour se rendre aux 5 Terres La déco classique ,chaleureuse du logement Le wifi, un plus, qui de mémoire ,n'était pas mentionné

Les escaliers raides (2)pour se rendre à l'appartement mais c'est le charme de l'ancien.
