La cortina del baño debería de cambiarse, estaba mugrienta. Faltan cortinas para intimidad y aplacar la luz al amanecer. Las sartenes estaban para cambiarse. Estarán ya amortizadas. Echamos de menos el tostador. La calefacción no funcionaba. Vimos varias arañas.

El diseño y la localización

Creo que deberían cuidar más los detalles: no había papel higiénico( se reclamó pero no se hizo caso), había muy poca vajilla , la manta estaba sucia, las almohadas no eran muy higiénicas..... También sería bueno dejar una pequeña cantidad de café para desayunar

Location - near to cyity centre, supermarkets, public transport.

Sofa bed is rubbish and not suitable for anyone to sleep on. Very uncomfortable. Ended up with a back ache every day. If there is a 3rd person in your group consider this before booking! A toaster to make a simple toast would have been much appreciated and not something out of the ordinary to find in a short let's accommodation. Yet there was no toaster. Too much light. And too hot!

The accommodation is in a good location, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen has sufficient kitchenware. There are many grocery stores nearby. Parking is available and convenient. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. Despite having limited cleaning hours, they were also helpful with a late checkout.

There was nothing I didn't like about the stay. The only thing I can add is that it would be nice to add a curtain to the large window opening onto the garden for use on days when it gets light early.

central location, gated parking, high ceiling, open plan.

To start with, I requested for a 1 spare blanket only for my sis in law before check in , and I was asked for an extra cost for 1 blanket . Instructions of the key box and the fob where its located was different from how we found it . The whole place smells weird as we checked in. No toilet roll provided in the upper toilet. There was 1 toilet roll in the ground floor toilet, appeared to be left over from the previous guest . I was asked if it’s convenient for me to buy from a shop on a sunday night from a long drive and said the host was happy to refund the cost of the toilet roll. The place was dirty, at front area of the building there were food rubbish scattered everywhere , old mattress dumped at front of the building. Bed sheets had sands that we had to shake the whole sheets , floors was not cleaned before we arrived, you can feel sands on the floor. Toilet area was not cleaned properly, shower walls was not maintained that you can see molds , on the bath , bath walls and shower curtains. I found opened pregnancy test kit in the cabinet. Toilet bowl upstairs was used and not flushed when we checked in ! Cutleries looked dirty that I had to sterilise everything including cups and plates. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable . My sis in law had to use the spare duvet from the upstairs cabinet to use pad up the sofa bed as the solid part of sofa bed was digging on her back , the duvet has blood stains ! : ((( We found the washing machine with water stucked in it. It appeared to be a old issue reading the previous review from the previous guests. Outside garden was dirty and not maintained at all. Photos from the listing are total opposite.

Location, and Parking option. Helpful host.

The chairs at the table need a replacement.
