The location was fantastic, secure car parking was also good

Possibly explain the keylock is next to your parking space on the fence

the heat for the apartment and the water heater kept going out throughout the stay and we had to figure out how to keep resetting them at the panel, the host didn't know how to but wanted photos of the equipment which is a little frustrating, you'd think they know how to run their equipment. Same issue with the washing machine, it doesn't work which is a bummer because we really needed to wash clothes.

Convenient location

The hot water tap in kitchen not working. Despite following instructions dishwasher didn’t work. No TV or Radio

The location was central and could walk into the centre. There was a great car parking space and the kitchen was bigger than expected.

There was a lot of communication before we arrived and lots of ID checks, which I understand however the instruction for the lock box were not clear and there were multiple lock boxes. The lock on the front door of the apartment only worked when leaving and so couldn’t lock the door when inside. The overall place seemed tired - the photos looked homely and cozy and these were not there. It didn’t seem well looked after. At check out we received 3 auto mated emails about check out but none of these explained there needed to be a photo of the lock box- this was sent only 30 minutes before the check out time.

The location and the availability of a parking space

No cold water in the kitchen. Tap in downstairs toilet sink was loose. Hairs all over the apartment. No blinds on 2 large windows so at sunrise it was like trying to sleep in a conservatory. Only a 3 seater sofa. No TV.

Great windows and light, great kitchen.
