"Great apartment in a good location!"

Great apartment, very clean and great facilities. In a great location in the Jewellery Quarter only a 12 min walk into the city centre. The area is nice and quiet and well we felt very safe walking around. There are plenty of pubs and some good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It was good to have a secure parking place right next to the apartment. Would definitely stay again!!

"Green spot to stay"

Class spot, novelty of having three rooms for three people major bonus. Beds and pillows very comfy. Nice dining and kitchen area. Lots of restaurants and places to eat nearby and less than 20 mins to centre for shopping. Check in and out easy peasy.

En suite shower didn't work or no hot water in taps there. I advised owner on leaving and they will sort.

"Fantastic central location for exploring the Jewellery Quarter"

Location was fantastic- right at the heart of the jewellery quarter, easy walk into the city centre Great to have onsite safe/secure parking and then didn't need to move the car Well equipped kitchen Bedrooms and kitchen were clean

Lighting - could have done with at least one good light in the kitchen/lounge area for reading / working the heating / hot water wasn't working properly - you couldn't use the fan heater which was part of the fire as it had clearly previously melted the paintwork on the shelf below as it only heated this up and didn't pass much heat into the rest of the property. We managed to keep the boiler lit for long enough to pop in the shower but never to operate the radiators. The toilet flush needs looking at as is very stiff to operate. The front door to the block could do with an extra handle, its fairly heavy to open and difficult to pull with just the small yale knob.

Location good and flat well kept

Reached out to staff as was unable to get front door key Thankfully had access from rear of property as no one came back to me Had to pay for parking for a morning as local business was having roof cleaned and had to move the car to allow this. This was not relayed forward
