Spacious 1 bed Apartment with workspace, Coffee & FREE Parking

Good location if, like us, you are happy to be slightly out of the city centre. It was a 15/20 min walk. Nice, quiet location. Good and very responsive communication. Great to have secure parking. The apartment was self-contained with everything we needed. Very clean, comfy sofa, comfy bed, nice shower, well equipped little kitchen area. It was a very hot weekend but 2 air conditioning units were available. This worked really well for us and we would definitely recommend. My husband left his ring and we are told this will be posted back to us so another example of a very helpful host. Thank you :)

The apartment was basic but clean. Cheaply fitted out.

Really nice well-located apartment right in the Chinese Quarter/Gay Village and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Very clean and tidy with a ground floor balcony to sit out on. Living room had a large comfortable sofa and smart TV. Kitchen had everything needed and nice to have a bath available. Met the host outside a nearby restaurant and he showed us to the place while explaining access and checkout, which was helpful. We didn’t use the free parking, but it’s good to have as an option.

Plenty of room and parking included. Short walk to central Birmingham.

We was welcomed by a lovely lady that gave us our key , showed us where we could park very safe too and showed us our property. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt relaxed with everything. The property was very clean and spacious and the location is absolutely perfect for the theatre or some great fun pubs down the road . We will definitely be re booking here .

Convenient location. Staff were great on correspondence. Parking easy and convenient.

Self catering. No faculties outside of room (however in middle of city).

On arrival, we were met at the door to the garage and shown to the designated parking space. We were then taken to the flat and shown around. The location was excellent - five minutes walk from New Street station and The Bullring. There's a Tesco Express at the corner of the building. There's multiple restaurants and bars a few steps away, in addition to The Hippodrome. The complimentary tea, coffee, and creamer, as well as the much needed fans, were all greatly appreciated.

Due to the location, it was a bit noisy at times. However, this did settle down, and our sleep wasn't dusturbed. It would be good to have coasters and placemats to protect the furniture. Some smaller glasses would also be good - a pint glass is too big. The mattress was very firm, and we really needed another pillow each. Finally, hand towels are a must for me - I would rather not reuse a wet bath towel. None of these things spoiled our stay - just our personal preferences.

Great location, clean and easy parking. Highly recommended.

The bed was very firm, the couch too soft. Had all the necessities and more, but not a luxury feel.
