"Great location but needs updating"

Excellent location

No hot water for 24 hours and whole place needs updating. The bathroom tiles, walls etc had mould and we couldn't sit on the balcony as one of the chairs was fabric, therefore stained and wet. One of the lounge chairs had loads of stains on it.

"In need of a renewal."

it was spacious, and had ample seating, bedrooms were a good size, very central to all ameneties. Short walk to seafront.

We didnt like the windows not shutting, this was a problem because we couldnt shut out the noise of the street at night. We didnt like the mould in the bathroom, or the windows. We didnt like the state of the soft furnashings which were very dirty and heavilly stained. These were covered with throws but they werent quite big enough to cover up the soiling.

"Great apartment for city centre location."

Perfect location in the town centre. Kitchen appliances & utensils were satisfactory. Very comfortable beds and sofas. All rooms were clean.

Some windows are not double glazed so there is noise from outside.

"A safe, comfortable and clean home for any kind of stay in Eastbourne."

This is an amazing accommodation to stay at in Eastbourne. It is less than a 10 minutes walk from the Eastbourne Train Station and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. There is plenty of room for everyone in your group. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities which made cooking so easy. The entire place was extremely clean and well kept. There is some noise throughout the night and only one bathroom but it wasn’t a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

"An enjoyable weekend in Eastbourne"

We found the accommodation very spacious and good facilities, very helpful having a washing machine. Lots of stairs we felt that the accommodation was very tired and could have been a lot cleaner . The beds were very comfortable so we had a good nights sleep which is very important. The parking was extremely expensive nearby . There is a ncp but it’s a long walk when loading and unloading your bags. Good location to the seafront and shops. We had a good time in Eastbourne
