The property was a very good size. Very good front room. Had lots of facilities to make it comfortable such as sugar and salt in kitchen. It has a dishwasher and washing machine so would be great for long or short stays. The lady who met us on arrival and departure very friendly. The property is located in town centre close to the beach.

There is one bathroom which included the only toilet. The property is over two floors and has space for a second toilet to be put in for convenience. Could also be upgraded with double glazing.

Heating /hot water didn’t work for all of our stay. The gas credit had run out. No instructions to rectify the problem. Until the following morning. It was then sorted

Space and location are great

Had repeated issues with the heater system that also runs hot water. After the first couple of days it ran out of gas leaving us without heat or hot water over night. The following days system kept turning off and I had to reset it multiple times a day, causing the house getting cold before we noticed. I suspect there was a program that was put in place to conserve energy, but given that we were day for holidays and with jet lag, the schedule didn’t line up with ours.

Plenty of space for all of us.

The kitchen was a bit small for 3 people to be in. The bath was leaking into the kitchen and we found a puddle on the floor in the morning. Because the windows weren’t double glazed the place was quite cold so we had the heating on all the time we were in and the noise levels were quite high over night.

Quite a last minute booking but all ready for us. Great communication and a very large / functional property. 5 mins walk to the beach and an NCP car park that was reasonable.

We liked everything, though the noise from the buses on the street may put some people off.

The location was great, bus stop, train station, restaurants and shops walking distance.

The apartment was quite cold and the street was noisy at night (probably some party nearby)
