"Very Good"

Convenient

Got a hundred parking charge for not showing permit which was not visible in apartment. Annoying to say the least. Finding the apartment was also a nightmare with lifts only taking you to certain parts of the building. Also encountered a druggy in the lift which wasn’t great as travelling with kids.

"Spacious apartment in good location reasonable value for money"

Good location for easy reach of all the city gas to offer with secure parking.

A little tired in need of some improvements, but spacious apartment and reasonably good value for the money. Landlord very prompt attending a couple of issues we reported on our arrival.

"Perfect location for our visit to a conference at the ICC with easy access to city centre."

The town centre location with parking was ideal. Only about 7 mins walk to the ICC plus an area with pubs and restaurants by a canal. Easy walk to the shopping centre and New Street railway station. The instructions about getting to the apartment parking, the parking permit and key collection were clear in the email from the host.

Picking up the keys sounded a bit tricky but was easier than I expected.

"Good Property for the price"

Good location, not too far from the Bullring, car parking handy

The patio door in the bedroom was the tricky to lock, the light on the landing leading to the room wasn’t working so needs to use torch on phone.

Good location with secure parking. Comfortable with good sized rooms and two bathrooms. Clear and timely instructions communicated.

Unable to open balcony door in living room (handle/lock mechanism removed); faulty thermostat on shower in en-suite (always too hot). A second key/fob would have been useful.

"It meets the short stay needs."

Good location: I can access to major shopping centre and attraction points by walking. Good view: good sun light

One of the toilets is leaking and should be repaired before renting. Luckily, the unit has two toilets, so it's not a big problems.
