KCS Birmingham City Apartment with Balcony/Parking

Bathrooms had a mold problem. Living room door to balcony didn't open (screwed shut) making Living room and kitchen too hot. Shower door broken. Front door lock not fitted properly with no extra security like a door chain, (i put my pram and chairs in front of door to feel more save)

Amazing location. Comfortable beds, the host was quite responsive, rooms are big enough, secure designated parking, close to mall and shops.

No soap/shampoo in washroom, got coffee and tea in kitchen but no sugar. Kitchen equipment needs some cleaning

Location is great for anything going on in Birmingham. Underground car parking is easy and convenient. There's the Craven Arms on the doorstep, great pub selling real ale. The apartment is large, 2 good bedrooms, 2 good bathrooms. 5th floor, but there's a lift. Easy walking distance to Chinatown, Digbeth, Train station, Mailbox.

I have no complaints, all 4 of us loved our stay. If the door to the balcony from the lounge would have worked to be able to be opened, it would have helped cool the apartment. But there was plenty of fans. Bathrooms could benefit from paint touch up in a couple of areas, but no great problem

Secure underground parking. Good size balcony. Fans in every room and good size apartment, if you where staying longer than 1 night.

It was sooo hot, obviously you can't help the weather but the whole building was really hot.

Perfect location for us as attending our sons graduation. Really helpful staff that adjusted check out arrangements so we could still use the car park beyond our check out time

Some maintenance issues with the showers. No washing up liquid or Dishwasher tablets,

Honestly one of the cleanest and most comfortable apartment we’ve stopped in!
