KCS Birmingham City Apartment with Balcony/Parking

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, I didn't read all the information correctly and they were very patient answering multiple messages from me. Great location.

Unfortunately there was a neighbour in the building who started playing drums and or bass in the middle of the night. Totally out of control for the owner.

Location was perfect near to the canal at Gas Street Basin and the local amenities including the Symphony Hall.

The apartment was well equipped and in a good location. The beds were comfy, and the apartment was clean. Communication was good, and messages replied too quickly. Would definitely book again.

There maybe needed to be a little how too manual for the coffee machine, dishwasher, and where to leave the rubbish but when I messaged I got a reply really quickly.

really impressive service for a really impressive apartment, so clean and well presented but top level apartment made for a super relaxing stay. car park was big bonus as was Balcony and views

The property was modern, clean and tidy. The location was good for where we wanted to be. It was lovely and quiet. The private parking is ideal if you drive to Birmingham. We had caught the train in. Owner was lovely and the concierge was helpful. It was a lovely touch to have the toiletries and tea and coffee etc when we arrived at the property. Towels were also supplied.

Although it was close to the town as we were walking with suitcases having to walk to get the keys from the petrol station was a pain and having to take them back after our stay was inconvenient for us as we were going to the Food Show. It would have been great if we could have just picked the keys up from the concierge and hand them back there afterwards.
