"Great apartment!"

Fantastic apartment. Easy to find, easy to park. No issue with collecting the key. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again and I would be better prepared.

Paint work needs touching up, particularly in the bathroom. Dirty sponge left in washing up bowl. Freezer needed defrosting, which I did. No oven gloves. Clock time not changed on big clock in living room. Pictures on the walls look like they have been thrown up. 4 body lotions but no shower gel. All a bit brown with no interior love. Needs a little bit of attention to detail and this apartment would be perfect.

"New place to stay in Birmingham!"

The location is perfect. Only a 10 minute walk from the station if that. The apartment has everything you require for your stay. Apartment is spacious.

I liked the apartment a lot however one of the skirting boards requires repairing in the bathroom but this is minor. This will not stop me from rebooking.

"Very nice clean apartment. The collection of the key and the carpark were the only draw backs."

The car park was not easy to navigate and didn't feel very safe at night as the lights went off. I wouldn't have liked to be there on my own.

Spacious, clean, and Chris was extremely helpful when I had trouble finding it.

I didn’t feel very safe as the door lock didn’t seem very secure.

Location was good for Utilitia 2 bedrooms good and flat spacious with 2 bathrooms .kitchen spacious Chris the chap to contact was very nice/helpful when we rang him .

Lounge french doors do not open so it was hot despite fans provided.sofa bed very uncomfortable Parking is quite difficult to find and having to collect keys ,collect pass is a bit inconvenient

"One Night Stay and Theatre Trip"

Location is excellent. Spacious Apartment equipped with everything you need Concierge is incredibly helpful

Despite description there is no balcony Property is incredibly hot even with fans on. Had no issue with a security deposit but should be done on credit card protecting both parties
