KCS Birmingham City Apartment with Balcony/Parking

Location was great. Good size accommodation. Perfect for a city break and very accessible to the ICC and Utilita. Key collection was easy and communication from the owner was very good. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery and lots of cooking appliances. (Not that we used them 😂) we stayed in 237 and the lift didn’t go all the way so had to walk along the corridor and up the stairs. No hassle for us but a warning if stairs are not for you.

Needed a little bit of TLC in the bathrooms and the pillows could do with an upgrade

The patio doors in the living room did not open

there needs to be signage from reception to the apartments - very confusing - the balcony door in the lounge doesnt open - the bath plug doesnt work so you cant have a bath

Great spacious apartment, clean and well equipped.very quiet. Walking distance to shops and utilita arena. Secure parking, area felt safe.would book again

No negatives just suggestions - a shower/bath mat would be a great addition - add to instructions that the parking is left turn with a gate( we struggle to locate as wasn't too clear and had to ring owner( owner very helpful)

I liked the area, very covenient. Property was clean and family friendly.

It wasn’t quite easy for me to collect the keys because I had a lot of luggage and 2 buggies. The walk was not toi far but because I had small children and luggages, this seemed quite stressful.

Location close to shopping and train

Patio door in lounge didn’t open and it was hot there were fans which did help
