"Perfect for a city break"

Lovely little studio flat, perfect for a single or couple. The bed was comfortable and the flat was in a quiet location. Host was friendly and reachable when we needed help with using the door code as we had never used one before.

It would have been nice to have a towel for the washing up and a cooking knife.

"Good value, parking and access into Central Birmingham with great bus links,"

Not the fault of the host but whoever was staying in the apartment directly above was rather noisy, but to be fair to them it wasn't late just the soundproofing between the room not the best.

I entered the room and left the room after 15 minutes same day because the Room was not neat and especially the bedsheets are dirty, and the mattress was not comfortable to sleep on it. This apartment doesn't deserve the amount charged..I have requested for a refund because i did another bookings and i left same night but haven't received any response from bookings.com up to date.
