Little further out of Cockermouth than expected but not a problem.

Not being able to control the temperature ourselves- you can turn down the radiators but it felt a little stuffy. A washing machine would be amazing!

Property was spotless and a good size with added extras and my husband loved the big rubber duck. Was good to get a early book in time.

Tanya had left a few bits to get us started for the week. Comfy and spacious rooms. Good size bathroom. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. Walkable to town centre.

Tap in the kitchen was a bit wobbly. Lounge smelt a little of dog.

Very tidy and clean house with good kitchen facilities. Good sized private courtyard which caught the sun in the warm evenings. BBQ & chiminea available for use too. Friendly host.

The apartment was like a home from home, beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything needed to make our stay away perfect. Will definitely go back. Not far from centre and local attractions. Very responsive owners, would highly recommend.

Comfy beds, good kitchen facilities and good shower.
