Urban Retreat Basement Studio Only Two Blocks From Metro! OFF STREET PARKING!

The door code was sent to us before we arrived which made it very easy since we arrived late. It was an easy walk from the Metro and for the most part had everything we needed. It was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer. We didn't use it, but parking would have been a bonus if we had a car. The host was terrific with communications.

Kitchen was sparce on cutlery and glasses (we ate in more than out). Even though Metro was convenient, it was a good half hour away from the city center. We just had to work that into our planning. There wasn't a convenient grocery store.

I had an exceptional stay at this property, which far exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless and incredibly well thought out, with every detail taken care of. From toothbrushes to an umbrella and even an iron, they truly provided everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.

Tiny flaw: -quite humid place (the towels doesn't get dry during night)

Located very close to the metro, it is very easy to commute into downtown without a car or paying parking fees. Convenient parking space, easy convenient check-in, even if late. Clean and comfy accommodations and host was very responsive to messages.

The apartment was very clean, close to metro stop and easy access to the city center in about 30min. The kitchen and microwave oven was definitely a plus. The landlord was very responsive and helpful! I would recommend it and would definitely go back.

I think a little cook top would be wonderful. There were pots but not the electric appliance. There are steps to go up and down so if you have heavy luggage be prepared.

Good parking space. Room with all the facilities needed. Private entry. Easy check-in.

We didn't' feel safe in the neighbourhood. The heating ventilators made noise in the night. We had cockroaches in the room.

kitchen only has microwave and no cooking burner but has some pots and pans. downstair entrance has some flying insects that can go inside the unit.
