"Shocking customer service from booking.com"

Property was good but due to the public house having a racing day and night was very noisy

Still awaiting a refund as we did not stay due to the noise from the pub , we spoke with Laura and she agreed to refund our money and we could find alternative accommodation . Have spoke with booking.com several times now and still haven’t had any confirmation of a refund or a response ? I look forward to hearing from a representative from booking.com in resolving this issue as I’m £350 out of pocket

Great style, lovely vibe. So nicely decorated and dressed. Such an amazing space.

There is noise from the bar downstairs, as the owners listed in the property details. If you have children or early/light sleepers, perhaps not the one for you. Otherwise there is nothing negative to say!

Decor was nice

The kitchen was not cleaned properly specially the baking utensils. Dust in bedrooms which triggered my allergies and i got sick.

"VERY Noisy - only Book if you're planning on partying at the pub"

Tye apartment is beautiful. Well decorated, with a lot of charm

First - these aren't king beds! I think these are Double. Was very tight for us. Then, why doesn't the description mentions the apartment is above a pub?! Booked In a rush, so didn't read the reviews unfortunately, but even if I would've, I might have dismissed those "it's a bit of noise" and booked anyway. Let me clarify - as I'm writing this review, it's now 11:55 pm, they're blasting "It's murder on the dance floor", the crowd is shouting (and jumping on the tables I think), and the whole place is shaking. There's zero sound proofing, and this is a very very old building. We can hear glasses smashing onto tables and conversations from bed. BTW, we live in downtime NYC, very accustomed to noise, which we usually don't mind, or even notice when it's reasonable
