Preloaded with Amazon, the hot water in the shower was excellent

The back door screen was torn the bed sheets would not stay on the bed cigarette burns in the sheets the neighbors was loud way past quit time playing the tv after you check out and gone they ask for information on your stay with photos.

The location is unbeatable. The host were super easy to get ahold of and communicative.

The room was not the cleanest for the price. There was a dirty sponge left in the bathroom. A thick layer of dust on the vents and the lamps. Some of the walls were also dirty. The other tenants were so painfully loud. The house was very humid and had a smell. I think it would be helpful to have a manager on site.

Great Location, near city center and subway station. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

We found a bit dirty (e.g. hairs and dust, even though the cleaning ladies have just finished the rooms), and maybe we were not lucky but the first night there were other noisy guests who partied all night and watched very loud tv (disregarding the 10 pm quiet time regulation). Of course it was not fault of the location but any solution was found by the owner once warned and the airbnb rooms are not particularly isolated.

The area was nice. Nice little neighborhood.

The room was so small, there was hardly any walking space. It was me and my husband, however this was a room for one person. We were just there overnight, but when we came back from the concert that we attended, the people in the room above us made so much noise that we couldn't sleep. We decided to leave at 3 AM. I would not stay here again, unless I had a room in another area of the house. The basement room was so small and not very inviting.

location in a residential area near The Met. very walkable. got a parking spot on the street nearby. we felt safe walking around. room itself was in the basement, very clean. had to plug in the mini fridge but that was fine.

The entire house-hotel was set to 75 degrees F. Too warm in general but also our room was quite stuffy. The standing fan helped when it was time to sleep.

Very nice place. Good located.

I moved two days my staying in advance due to a flight scheduling change, which was accepted and confirmed by host. During the second day, suddenly someone from cleaning staff opened the door so while my partner and I were sleeping, so we were so scared. She contacted the host who apologized so they didn't know from which platform my staying was modified. Minutes later, cleaning staff opened again a bit to change security code without knocking the door, which was annoying.

easy check-in, the hosts will reply real fast if there's something wrong etc. this is one of the best places to stay if you don't wanna pay big bucks.

the neighborhood needs some work but they're actively working on it, it's a bit ghetto but didn't feel unsafe at all.

- location - convenient check-in and check-out - balcony is a big plus

- just one pot and no pan, so it's difficult to cook - noisy neighbours that don't respect silence after 10 pm

They never let me in & wouldn’t give me a refund so it was trash
