Very clean. Easy checkin- did not have to interact with anyone. Central location to sites, transportation, etc. Shampoo, body wash provided. Spacious shower.

Location. There was no breakfast.

Cleaning of the bathroom needs to be upgrading. One of the reading lamp did not work. There is no hot water in the sink. You can not set the temperature of the rooms by yourself, it is set centrally. The communication of the hosts are not proper, they refuse to take responsibility for happenings in the promises, however they should do it. You can have endless debate with them without any result.

For the price (would have spent double for a hotel), it was a nice alternative. The mattress was also very comfortable.

The shower was grimy and ventilation didn’t work in bathroom.

Good location-cheap uber to Underground Arts

The location was fine. Easy access to where I needed to go.

Although the place was not carpeted (which I did like), I could hear all the foot traffic even well into the night because I was put in the basement. But the worst part was someone was smoking outside my window and it smoke filled my room. It was really bad. It was almost as if the individual blew the smoke right into my room. I have allergies, so I was already feeling crappy. Added to that, the cigarette smoke gave me a migraine headache. Needless to say, I slept very little those two nights and was exhausted during the day. I requested another room but was told none was available. I also asked to be refunded for the 2nd night but that request went unanswered. For this reason, I am not likely to stay at this place again. If you say your facility is nonsmoking, then that's what it should be. I understand you don't have control over who smokes outside the building, so maybe you should not rent that basement room out anymore or figure out how to keep the smell out. Another thing, the shower has a lot of mold. I have found vinegar and dawn soap mixed to work very well for mold.
