AF Stays - Philadelphia 1212 Mt Vernon St

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!

pretty much EVERYTHING .. in a terrible part of the City .. nobody would deliver food to this address !!!!!!!!!!

Location was great for us. 20 minute walk to everything in Philadelphia and only a few minutes away from a subway stop. Room was fine. I really appreciate the opportunity to do laundry there.

It's a wooden house. You can here everything above you. Or through the thin doors. When people are considerate, it's fine. But when people are moving furniture, walking heavily, have their TV's turned up, etc., it doesn't make for a nice stay, which happened to us a couple nights. It's not the fault of the owners, but of other guests

Nice location just 20 min. Walk to central philadelphia. All amenities are great. Simple and fast check in.

Right in city by Chinatown.

It was a little warm in our room .

Great location . Good facilities . Room is lean anh has all necessary things for travel guest .

We could hear a noise from above room when some one move . Is better if the wood floor covered with Capet .

Is easy if you arrive at weird hours for the checkin. The location during the day is good because you can walk easily to Chinatown and the city center.

The pillows are really uncomfortable, we found hair that was not ours in the floor and the TV remote control didn't have battery, since there's not a reception and we were staying two nights we couldn't solve it.

It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

The shower didn’t drain well. I requested a quiet room. It was a basement room so felt a bit closed in. It was quiet, until the middle of the second night when the room above me was very active with creaking bed and floors, then walking around above me in the early hours. And the laundry was just outside my room with activity starting very early, maybe 6-6:30. One quiet night and one noisy night.
