Это АН, которое не приехало на заселение, просто оплачены 5 дней, на письма не отвечают, сначала написали, что заселение после 17 часов, хотя указано в 15 00 заселение. Я им писала, но никто не отвечает, только изредка пару слов. Деньги до сих пор не вернули!

I had a very bad experience with this place. The property did not match the description on the listing at all. Many of the amenities that were advertised were either missing or not working. When I arrived, I was refused check-in with an unclear and unreasonable explanation. I came at the agreed time, but the staff said they couldn’t complete a face scan and therefore wouldn’t let me in. This was never mentioned beforehand. I was given contact numbers, but no one answered, and I was left without any help or solution. As a result, I had to find another place to stay at my own expense. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this property.

"Die Ankage ist ein Traum!! Die Vermieter eine Katastrophe!"

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Anlage, seit 4 Jahren jeden Winter mehrere Wochen. Mehrere Pools, darunter 2 im 37 und 42 Stockwerk. Fantastische Aussicht , auch vom Appartement , auf die Bucht von Yomtien. Großzügige überdachte Garagen auf mehreren Stockwerken zum Abstellen von Roller u. KFZ. mit direktem Zugang zu den Aufzügen.

Kontakt bei Anreise erfolgte nur über eine Agentin. Bei Übergabe der Zimmerkarte wurde das Appartement nicht gemeinsam besichtigt! Das böse Erwachen: Die Dusche hatte keinen Druck, wir haben also 5,5 Wochen in der Pooldusche geduscht! WC Spülung ähnlich, ohne Druck! Außerdem war das Bad dreckig, die Kissen zerrissen! Mobiliar ist sehr abgewohnt! Wir waren geschockt über den Zustand, immerhin haben wir die teuerste Kategorie gebucht, wollten in ein anderes Appartement umziehen! Dies wäre auch möglich gewesen, allein auf der Booking Seite waren noch mehrere Objekte frei! Die Betreiber reagierten weder auf Anrufe, noch auf WhatsApp Nachrichten! Allerdings meldete sich nach einer Woche die Agentin, wollte 10.000 Bhat Kaution, erst dann sollten wir die zweite Zimmerkarte ( welche einen Face Scan zum benutzen des Aufzuges beinhaltet) bekommen! Natürlich verweigerten wir unter diesen Umständen die Zahlung, hatten allerdings auch nur eine Karte!!! Fazit : Abzocke, für diesen Preis völlig überzogen, nicht bereit Mängel anzuerkennen. Fazit- Buchen Sie nicht über diese Agentur!!!

Ako vedia klamať. Najprv vám za doplatok ponúknu krajšiu a väčšiu izbu a nakoniec dajú izbu , ktorá je menšia a vôbec nebola v ponuke. Prišla pani, ktorá nevie po anglicky. Ona je len sprostredkovateľ, majiteľka žije v Číne. Ak nie ste spokojný s izbou, tak vám povie že jej bolo povedané, že pre vás má túto izbu a iné nie sú k dispozícii. 1.Pani prišla o 2 hodiny neskôr ako som jej napísal, že bude check-in. 2. Izba bola iná ako zaplatená. 3. Vôbec nebola upratané. Museli sme čakať na upratovačku. 4. Byt je v hroznom stave: špina, staré uteráky, deravé oblečenie postele, žiaden fén, smrdí zo sprchy, v kuchyni nie je príbor, taniere pre dve osoby, jeden pohár a jedna šálka. Nefunguje varič vody,. Na kuchyni odtrhnuté dvierka zo skrinky. Jeden nôž. Nevyprate a odtrhnuté zavesy. 5. Budova má 42 poschodí. 3 bazény. Ale bazén na 42 poschodí opravujú. Na 37 poschodí funguje, ale nemáte sa tam ako dostať, lebo výťah C ide len na 36 poschodie. Bazén na prízemí je v tieni, zimná voda a fúka vietor. 6. Vytahy sú špeciálna kapitola. V budove sú 3. A,B,C Vo výťahu je zariadenie na scan tváre, ktoré rozpozná člena a dovolí mu použiť výťah. Bez toho môžete ísť výťahom len dole na 1 poschodie. Hore musíte ísť len s niekým, kto je registrovaný a má digitálny scan tváre. 7. Scan tváre vám urobia, iba ak by ste dlhšie ako 30 dní. Podmienky obytného komplexu nedovoľujú ubytovanie kratšie ako 30 dní. Majiteľka bytu prakticky ubytovanie nelegálne a cítite sa zle, keď nastúpite do výťahu a ten nefunguje, lebo nie ste zaregistrovaný v systéme. Ostatní obyvatelia sa na vás pozerajú ako na neželaného hosťa alebo votrelca. Veľmi zlá skúsenosť. 8. Majiteľka bytu neodpovedá na správy, prosby, sťažnosti.

First, they offer you a nicer and larger room for an extra charge, and in the end they give you a room that is smaller and was never even part of the offer. A woman arrived who does not speak English. She is only an intermediary; the owner lives in China. If you are not satisfied with the room, she tells you that she was informed this is the room assigned to you and that no other rooms are available. The woman arrived 2 hours later than the agreed check-in time that I had informed her about. The room was different from what was paid for. The room was not cleaned at all. We had to wait for the cleaning lady. The apartment is in terrible condition: dirt everywhere, old towels, torn bed linen, no hair dryer, a bad smell coming from the shower. In the kitchen there is no cutlery, only plates for two people, one glass and one cup. The electric kettle does not work. The kitchen cabinet door is broken off. Only one knife. Curtains are dirty and torn. The building has 42 floors and 3 swimming pools. The pool on the 42nd floor is under renovation. The pool on the 37th floor technically works, but you cannot get there because elevator C only goes up to the 36th floor. The pool on the ground floor is in the shade, the water is cold, and it is windy. The elevators are a special chapter. There are three elevators: A, B, and C. The elevators use a facial scan system that recognizes registered residents and allows them to use the elevator. Without this scan, you can only go down to the 1st floor. To go up, you must be accompanied by someone who is registered and has facial recognition access. Facial scanning is provided only if you stay longer than 30 days. The residential complex rules do not allow accommodation shorter than 30 days.

The rooms are dirty, everything is broken, the air conditioner doesn't work, the face scanner doesn't work, and you need a face to get to your floor in the elevator. The staff doesn't respond, and I strongly advise against using these real estate agents and condos. The deposit hasn't been returned, even though it's been 3 days since we left, and the boss is ignoring us.
