Eminent Stay - Icon City, Petaling Jaya

We can't get the property PIC. Not in action/Mia with my deposit. Booking.com SC too can't get him/her. I can't contact the attending PIC for 3days, message does not respond, and calls are not answered.

Zero responded for a week, even booking confirmed and payment deducted from my account. Call not answered and not respond to my messages at all. Waiting at properties for 2 hrs for nothing ended, I have booked another place to stay.

Airconds are cold enough.

1. TV cannot open (ask the owner but didn’t get reply) 2. Water from sink is too little (ask owner, owner said maybe alot ppl use water at the same time, but throughout 3 days stay also the same problem) 3. Water heater can’t open (ask owner but didn’t get reply) 4. Spring of one mattress is broken ady & tv cabinet broken ady (ady informed owner) 5. Always get late reply or even no reply from the owner

You don't advertise what you don't have especially swimming pool. In the picture given there is swimming pool but not. Left my kids dissapointee. Upon entering the apartment had a nasty musky smell. The iron board looks like from one deep Kampung in Papua New Guinea. The state of the iron, Gosh. The key get stuck. Parking very dirty n why I need to pay for parking. Most of the place I been before it's free but then it was my mistake for not going thru A to Z of thier manual of staying there. I will never go back here again. Food facilities is bad.
