Clean and comfortable, good location, good facilities on site. Nice shower, all facilities in kitchen were good.

Window blinds not fitting properly and curtains not black out, so early start! No blinds in bedrooms. Window catches need attention.

"Good value for money in a well equipped, comfortable holiday home."

Very spacious and well equipped holiday home. Decent fixtures and fittings, a very comfortable bed, a bath and a shower in 2 separate toilets and an outdoor seating deck.

Most of the windows were covered in seagull poop and the decking area needed a good pressure wash.

"Nice stay!"

Quite clean inside and main bed comfortable. Great shower, lovely to be near local beach and 10 mins drive from Great Yarmouth. Which my family and I enjoyed on a very hot stay!

Outside caravan, decking area and patio furniture could do with a nice clean to enjoy sitting outside. Cigarette butts left in container outside. Couldn’t see in mirrors as not cleaned very well and so many marks on TV too, Big lamps left in positions with no plug and using up space. Blind not working in lounge meant very hot and very exposed to the neighbours, clock needed new battery as we joked every day it was always 8.55! Cleaner probably needs to communicate with hosts more. WiFi not great even when joining to parkdean wifi.

The pillows, will be great if a more comfortable one was provided. Other than that, everything was good
