The stay was lovely . And the ppl where where every friendly

Owner was out so daughter looked after us. Very friendly. Lovely gardens and activities in them. Shame it was winter! Inside was lovely, although my daughter didn't want to play pool in the morning before we left. It looked very geared up for children and young familes.

Upstairs bathroom lovely and clean but needs a good shower cubicle at some point.

Host was lovely and welcoming. Great to have games and lots for children to entertain themselves, the kids didn't once want their tablets which was great. Lovely outdoor area, the play house was cute with the Wi-Fi TV being a hit and a nice little bar with more more games. Cute that there were dressing gowns for us all. It was really nice to have family time. Hosts were accommodating and allowed us to eat dinner down at the dinning table. Could use the house all day so not just stuck in your room. Hot tub was really nice with a beautiful view of the fields. Kids were gutted to leave and asked to go back..winner for them.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, felt like the middle was going to break whenever we moved. Not as many animals as states online though after talking with Karen I understand why with rising costs.

rather haphazard - looks as if it used to be a b+b but rather fallen out of repair. For the price and location it was ok . good selection of tea/ coffee etc in room with kettle and coffee machine. bedding clean and room ok. no shower but has bath and sink. Old farm house.

just didn't feel very 'professional' more like staying in a friends house - if you assume this is the standard to expect you won't be disappointed. gerbils / fish / barking dogs all welcomed us. we didn't use the garden but looks as if it needs a bit of an update - but on a summers day it will probably look very different.
